The Gun Room
At last, we’ve done it and The Gun Room is finally finished. It has been a labour of love (it would have been easier & quicker to have built a new house) but we are so pleased with it we are considering moving in ourselves!
The Gun Room has been designed as an escape for two and is the most luxurious of our three self catering properties. 
There is a large but cosy sitting room (the old gun room) which has the most comfortable large Duresta sofa, Persian carpets, cast iron stove, fine fabrics and working shutters with a pretty oval dining table, flat screen HD TV and wireless internet connection. The handmade painted kitchen has oak worktops and is equipped with Bosch dishwasher, oven, hob & microwave as well as a washer/dryer and fridge. Stairs lead up from the kitchen to a landing off which is the bathroom with large double ended bath with 
Aqualisa shower over and a separate shower to wash your hair. The beautiful bedroom is large, light and airy with a magnificent king size four poster bed, antique furniture and Osborne & Little Fabrics. There are beautiful views from the two large windows look out south across the Corvedale and west across the coach yard to the neighbouring Norman church.
