Bourton Manor Accommodation

The Old Nursery
The self catering apartment is located on the first floor of Bourton Manor and has its own private staircase entrance from the cobbled courtyard. Over recent months it has been the subject of an extensive sympathetic renovation project creating a traditional yet contemporary living space.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with luxurious Designer Guild bedding and modern en-suite shower room. The cosy Twin bedroom has its own good size bathroom immediately across the hallway.
The Kitchen & Sitting room reflect the Arts & Crafts influence at Bourton having a rare sideways sash window with, equally unusual, Pugin vertical shutters. The elegant sitting room has a comfortable sofa & chairs where guests can relax. There is a 32” wall mounted Sony television with DVD/CD player. The Kitchen/Sitting room are offset creating a sociable space where anyone in the kitchen will not feel left out! There is a selection of board games, cards, books & DVD’s for the enjoyment of guests. The kitchen is bright and well equipped. A washer/dryer is provided within the apartment. Outside there is an area of shared garden where guests can relax and enjoy a fabulous view over rolling countryside. There is parking for two cars.
The West Wing
The West Wing Cottage is a wonderfully spacious self catering cottage adjoining Bourton Manor, set
amongst some of Shropshire’s finest countryside. It is an ideal place for a holiday with family or with friends or to simply get away from it all and relax.
The comfortable large sitting room has plenty of space to relax and a modern 32” Panasonic flat screen TV. The dining room has a huge 6’ round table that can easily seat ten (perfect if the same party book both The West Wing and The Old Nursery together). Both the sitting room and dining room have cosy gas fired “wood burner” stoves for extra comfort. The kitchen is well equipped with a 5 ring gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave & coffee maker. There is a cloakroom off the main entrance hall.
Upstairs there are three good size double bedrooms. Two with 5’ kingsize double beds and one
with 3’ twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is also a large family
bathroom.
Outside there is an area of shared garden for guests to relax and enjoy the view over the
Bourton Estate and Corvedale. There is ample parking for 3 cars.
Both The Old Nursery and The West Wing Cottage have Broadband wireless internet.
